I am a wife, physical therapist, and Louisville native. Before entering into private practice, I gained experience working in outpatient orthopedic, pelvic health, and acute care physical therapy settings.

I co-founded Mamas in Motion because I am passionate about providing physical therapy services to women and giving them the one-on-one attention they deserve. I use my expertise in pain reduction, pelvic health, and postpartum recovery to help moms reach their goals!

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at University of Kentucky after obtaining a degree in Biology. I pursued advanced pelvic health training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and earned my level 1 Dry Needling certification (cervicothoracic). I am committed to bringing the highest quality and most up-to-date treatment methods to my clients.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my friends, family, and fur babies. My favorite hobbies include working out, traveling, hiking, walking my dog, and trying new restaurants!
